When thinking of Potluck, you have to think of something that is going to feed a lot of people, but something that is going to stand out. Here are two ideas.....
Chili
Chili and Chips is always great to bring to pot luck.
You can follow most basic recipes on the internet, but I recommend that you
use an ancho chile powder. It gives the chili a great smoky flavor that will
win you rave reviews.
Here is a good recipe I found on the internet:
Ancho, Red Beans and Chocolate
Macaroni and Cheese
This recipe is very close to what I do. The paprika, onion and the bayleaf are all essential, so don't leave those out!
Baked Mac and Cheese
